Used to love this place, but they must have gotten some new kitchen staff or something because the quality has dropped off a... cliff. The last 3 times we've ordered from here, there have been errors. First time, they forgot my partner and I's salads, thenext time they didn't wash the lettuce in our salads enough and we were picking dirt out of our mouths, and this time, I orderednachos and they didn't give any salsa or sour cream, there's barely any cheese on them, and they were cold even though we gotthere at the time they told us to for pickup. Have eaten here several times, and I?m always very happy with our meals. We?ve ordered so many different menu items and have... never been disappointed! I took Photo's of the Environment. We were seated at the Back. There were 2 tables used by Staff. They were filling up... dip.containers with different product. They had to keep leaving the table to serve Patrons. They left the Containers openthroughout the time. People were walking by to use the Washrooms walking close to the table. One child ran its hand along thetable with the open Product. Assuming that they were a Staff persons shoes lying on the floor tipped over . It felt more likebeing in someones living room. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the beer was really cold. Service was tremendous and selection of food is very good. My... girlfriend really enjoyed her beef dip sandwich. I ordered the mushroom and goat cheese burger which I wasn't really impressedwith. I couldn't really taste any goat cheese. Just the charcoal from the burger. But I definitely would go again. Service and the environment was nice. Food was served piping hot. Starter was prompt, ordered the crab cakes. Main took another... 30mins to arrive.Top sirloin, Rib racks and lobster tail. The crab cake was slightly on the saltier side, not much crabs init. The lobster tail on my partner's plate was good. While mine have got an overdose of salt on it, very salty. Ordered mediumrare sirloin, got it served medium well instead. Rib rack was nice with the bbq sauce. Mashed potatoes and veggies wasnice. Overall an ok place to go to hang out. Read more
