Just ordered off skip the dishes. (skip drove around so much it was cold, but that is not Arby's fault) I had put a message on... if they had a different kind of pop to swap out. Only after my order was I aware of a seniors discount. The customer after me asked for it. I am 67 and my wife is 71. I was told... curtly " you didn't ask for it". I have been coming for years during trailer park season. I will stick to Oshawa location nexttime. Needs a customer service refresher. Then maybe a fifth star. Level six contributor. Read more

Few customers in dining room. We came in and almost immediately someone was at the counter to take our orders. Very pleasant ... young man helped us. Service was quick and food was very good. We ordered roast beef and cheddar and mozzarella sticks. As wellas drinks. Great job guys and girls. Read more

Had gone for a quick bite - we quite liked the stuff sold. Rates are competitive and the staff were friendly. It's not an... exclusive joint providing something rare or specific - I mean it's like a Mac or KFC with its own twist. Definitely give it atry and you won't be disappointed. Read more
