SO DIRTY, We were so surprised how dirty the A&W was. Never have I seen a fast-food place so dirty. And the lady making food... wiping her nose with her hand then putting her hand in the frozen chicken strip bag. UGH. And the Burger has rubber bacon, theonion rings has clumped on seasoning on top, and the Moma burger was Luke warm. Just a whole disaster. Could not believe how badthis location was!! Took 20 minutes to get the food. Gloves were not used handling food by all employees and the fries tasted like they'd been on... the warmer for 3 hours - dry and hard. Not recommended - this A&W has gone down hill. Read more
I ordered a regular burger and a mushroom and onion burger and both had mushrooms and onions all over them. Not cool. My other... half HATES mushrooms. They were lazily put together by impolite teenagers. But what can you expect for a meal under $15. On theflip side, I ordered a teen burger while they were on sale, and they were great. There was blood on the checkout counter when my friend and I were ordering, which we didn't notice until she went to pay and it... was all over her coat and her wallet. The place is an absolute mess, garbage everywhere. Food all over the floor. Absolutelysmelt so bad. On top of that it took 45mins to get our food. Never going back. Definitely reporting their location to healthdepartment and A&W headquarters. Was not impressed, and beyond disgusted. Read more
