Placed an order for pu online. Was left waiting for almost 25 min past pu time I was given only to be told they couldn't find... the order and had to remake it. Came home and all the add ons were missing which was a main part of my dinner. Always problemsat this location in Petawawa. Never again. Read more
Was so bad I made my first Google review, ordered online and arrived at the time it said online... only to wait 30 minutes... longer. Wasn't even a busy night, was only one other vehicle waiting in the parking lot for their food. Read more
Took an hour to get food. Food was dry and not cooked well. It was a busy night I get it, but worst food I have ever... experienced. Do not eat here, it will ruin your week. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE. Go ANYWHERE else. Read more
I wanted dine in and I had to order with a cashier and wait for all the Harvey orders to be put together. I know I ordered... chicken and ribs but the service sucked. I finally asked for this other worker to get my order. Never again. From Ajax Ontario.My potato was bad inside. Read more

Unfortunately not consistent, about half the time we went the order couldn't be fulfilled due to either being out of rotisserie... chicken or like last Thursday just after 6pm ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo for which I was informed would be a 30minute wait, ended up going to a competitor instead. The quality and service just unfortunately isn't on par with otherlocations which is too bad becuse we do like swiss chalet products. Read more
called and asked if they had a can opener so i could eat my zoodles, they said yes and when i walked in the lady was there... waiting for me! so much respect for swiss chalet/harveys petewawa! Read more
