Had reservations and arrived on time. Was seated. After 20 minutes of waiting with no server and seeing tables thst arrived... after us served first, I had to talk to the hostess about the lack of service. A waitress came over apologetic and took bothour drinks and meal choices. Our drinks arrived 45 minutes after sitting down and our food 65 minutes after we arrived. Foodwas really good. Restaurant was playing loud music so it was difficult to have a conversation. Would not recommend going thereif you are trying to chat. From start to finish we were there about 2 hours. Read more

2021 update - service was very good each time we visited this summer. I will continue to eat here while I visit. Food was... really good. The buffalo potato skins were delicious. The cheese dip was as well. I had the buffalo chicken with a Caesar saladfor my meal. The service wasn’t good. It was over 30 degrees outside on the patio and I asked for waters for us to start. Theserver never refilled the water or even offered to do so. She didn’t clear the table and we were a group of four at the tablewhich left little room for the food and drinks. I actually had to put glasses below my chair to get them out of the way. I alsohad to stack the plates after the appetizers to make room for our main course plates. She did not clear the table until I handedher the plates. I don’t think I would return here due to the poor service. Went to Kelsey’s tonight with my family and was so disappointed. The starters were good as we ordered “Honey Cheese Buns “... and “chicken quesadilla “ but the entrees were bad beyond expectations. The balsamic chicken that my dad ordered was so drythat he barely could eat it. Moreover, my gf ordered “Mushroom Melter” but she almost threw up right on the table and we hadto leave in a hurry as she started feeling sick . Her burger wasn’t supposed to have any pickles but it’s tasted as if itdid have pickles in it and she couldn’t finish her burger either. I ordered “Cajun shrimp Sirloin” it was so so as mysteak was medium well even though I ordered rare . The vegetables that came along with the entrees were like they didn’t wannabe there as it was kind a cold. My mom ordered “chicken Fajitas” and again it was bland and dry. I have been to Kelsey’sin Ottawa and Toronto but never had such experience to be honest. Hopefully they up their game a bit to match up with thefantastic environment they have. Read more

We went to Kelsey‘s Friday night. June 3, 2022. The place was hopping. We didn’t make a reservation. But we only had to wake... 10 minutes. The staff was very kind and pleasant. Make sure we had a seat right away. Even though the place was absolutelypacked. The food was delicious. Delivered hot and on time. I wasn’t expecting that as the place was so busy. The waitresseswere amazing. I complemented them several times and how they were doing such a great work on a busy night. Definitely recommendthis place. Read more

I went tonight with my partner and had an ok experience. Our apps were good but there were so many flies that we had to cover... our meals with napkins to avoid them getting in our food. We mentioned this to our waitress asking if the door could be closedto stop this and that we couldn’t eat our food after having flies in our food. Our waitress simply said sorry and immediatelybrought us our bill without any further discussion. I work in the restaurant industry so I’m very understanding but it wasdisappointing to leave half our food behind after paying $70. Service was a bit slow but they were busy so it happens. ETA: therestaurant reached out to me after this review and offered to send me a gift card. It has been 6 weeks and I did not receive it.They asked me to follow up and email if I did or didn’t receive it but my emails have now gone unanswered.
