Idk what it is about this place but they're definitely doing something right. At any given hour, almost any day they have cars... lining up in the drive-thru. It's wild to me! As part of a delivery service I have been here twice to pick up food. Horrible waiting times. The first time I went to the... drive-thru and it took a while to get the food. Second try different time I decided I was going to go inside for differentexperience. Same result. It took a bit of time for the food to get ready and then it was ready. Then I was ignored for a whilewithout them coming to tell me that it was ready. They need to get their act together. They should learn to work more quicklyand be more proactive in getting people their orders. Read more
Terrible customer service. I never eat at Taco Bell inside. But my 7 and 3 year old kids wanted to eat inside. We waited in... front of the counter and never were acknowledged. I tried to get their attention but we were completely ignored so we left. Idid notice that their focus seems to be the drive trough. Luke took our order and he was very sweet! Lily an elderly lady was making our food and another older man... they were very... friendly and made our food perfect. I felt bad because it was so busy and these sweet older people who could by my grandparentswere working swiftly. The younger help was on the drive through side of the work island. Even though they were backed up andunderstaffed i was still treated very well. They now have self serve! And it's really quick!! Read more
I order doordash from them pretty often and they were pretty good until recently.I don?t know what has changed within the last... month or so but as someone who doesn?t eat meat it is very frustrating to find meat added to food that wasn?t even supposed tocome with it in the first place.
