We had a delightful lunch. I enjoyed a generous plate of pasta and the burger was impressive. The menu offers a nice selection... and the service was attentive. Read more

Their bruschetta trio is the best I've ever had and it's always hard to choose... so I usually order all of them! If they ever... have the chicken parm special, order one for dining and one to go. It's ah-mazing. Also, I'm not sure what they use to chilltheir wine, but it's always the PERFECTO temperature and the wine just tastes better there. Hands down, my favorite restaurantin Petaluma. My husband and I have about 3 restaurants that we visit downtown on a consistent basis and Sugo is one of them! Their prices are... great, their food is yummy and they are dog friendly! We love visiting with our adorable goldies! The staff always warmlywelcomes us and treats our pups with extra love! Don?t forget about their wine night in Tuesday nights, they offer deals thatyou cannot beat! Go check them out! Read more

We've gone to Sugo for years. It's a bit of a drive for us, but sometimes we have a Sugo craving. It never falls short of... satisfying that craving. Solid menu. Solid food. Solid service. It also excels at delivering all of that with zeropretentiousness. Read more

Disappointing: It was our anniversay and we chose to dine at Sugo based upon past visits. We have enjoyed our past visits, but... I admit it has been awhile since we were in. My husband and I both ordered the burger med well. Mine was cooked great, buthis too pink. They offered to take it back, but we switched boards and made do. The greens served with the burger tasted likethey were tossed lightly in olive oil, with no acidity and the burger was too salty. The menu said the burger was served on arosemary chaibatta. Couldn't taste the rosemary, and the bread was nondescript. The foccicia bread we ordered wasflavorless and reminded me of fluffy white bread; just OK with the olive oil, balsamic blend. Our son had the FettuccineAlfredo and subbed in the grilled chicken. Sauce was a bland white sauce, noodles undercooked and chicken unseasoned. Even theappearance looked off. Oddly, there were also some hard pieces in the sauce as well. (See coffee mug plate). We did tell thewaiter about the dish and he did offer something else but our son declined since we had finished eating. The waiter brought thecheck without even offering us dessert. We paid, took the chicken from the Alfredo dish along with the leftover burger for ourdog. Definitely not the same quality as on our previous visits and I don't plan on returning anytime soon. This was just ok. We started out with the trio bruschetta. I have to admit I?ve had way better. I was wondering where in the... world is the mozzarella on the typical basil tomato and mozzarella bruschetta? Bit disappointing that my filet mignon tookalmost 1 hour just to take a bite with no flavor whatsoever. It was like they just threw it on the grill and that was it. Bland. Asked for salt to help the flavor out a bit. Husband had The burger it was good and I do recommend it. Service was ok. Read more

Sugo you have outdone yourself and you are definitely on your A game. It was a great experience all around including the service... right down to the food. We got there a few minutes early but they were happy to greet us and have us take a seat. Read more
