Chicken was good but they said they were out of chicken strips so my wife didn't get anything, they shorted me 2 biscuits and on... top of that, the service was horrible,The girl was yelling at us and was so rude. Food was good but they got my mom's order wrong which they happily corrected soon after. Drive-thru line moves pretty fast and... food is hot and fresh. There is parking room for dining in but the parking area isn't huge. Read more
I mean plz let me be completely clear. I love Popeye's Chicken they is simply the best. However, this evening at this particular... store. The store was filthy. From the lobby through to the kitchen area. The service was slow and would rather talk toco-workers or whatever. The fountain drink and ice despenser area. Trash was all over the counter top which also had some kindasticky stuff all over the counter top. Wasn't a single piece of ice the lobby despenser. Took the cashier who took our order 5minutes to take 2 steps over to drive thru to get our ice. Nope she saw someone at the drive thru window sat our cups down andproceeded to carry a conversation on with obviously a friend. I need to also point out that Popeyes weren't actually busy. Wasn't even steady. After finally getting out cups of ice my family and I decided to sit. At my this point we had already beenwaiting at least 10 minutes. 15 minutes later they called my name. They did almost almost have our order with everything inside.Nope they forgot my 4 Mardi gras mustard. Only thing that was at least warm were my daughters fries. Everything else cold. Waited at the order board with no one other cars in the parking lot and no one in line. No answer, then when we pulled forward... an employee was playing on his phone and when he saw us he turned around and walked off. Did the same thing to the truck behindus. Read more

This Popeyes has gotten the WORST restaurant to order from. This time sat in line 20 minutes the lady rudely as me if I could... take my 8 pc CHICKEN ONLY half and half, half spicy and half mild, it would be another 8 minutes, Really 15 minutes?. I saidsince I had already waited 20 minutes I guess another eight minutes would not matter of course I knew that was going to be morethan eight minutes.
