We have eaten here a couple of times and have never had to wait on a table which is always a good thing. I really have no... complaints about the food as it has always arrived at the table hot, and just how we ordered it. The waitress was awesome. As I was preparing my food for to eat while waiting on the extra cup of queso cheese I ordered I... noticed hair was in my food. I called my waitress she immediately went got a manager he came out he was polite about whileordeal and removed it from ticket and asked if I wanted it remade I replied no. He sent my waitress back with $10 worth of giftscards and an apology. My coworkers big BBQ bacon burger looked delicious but his bacon was super burnt. Spicy shrimp tacos, I have eaten them before at this location. And decided tonight I wanted them again. I got my order to-go,... got home, and was surprised at the amount of shrimp (usually there are three -four on each taco) Tonight, the shrimp werefalling out the tortilla. I'm 32wks pregnant and was super hungry. As I'm scarfing down my dinner, notice some soft textures,but think nothing of it, since the not so great tasting Cole slaw was on the bottom of the shell.(I had a side of Cole slaw notso good either) Finally at the last taco, I decided to just eat the shrimp. Some shrimp were over done, some get right. As I'mchewing my last shrimp it feels chewy yet super soft, while I'm noticing this, I was picking up my next shrimp and see itundercooked on one side the other cooked. I called the store to inform them, ask to speak with the manager on duty, the personputs me on hold, then comes back to ask why I needed to speak with him, I explained the situation, then had to tell the manageras well. Who tried to justify the situation but explain that they cook the shrimp on a large conveyor belt. I told that I cansend him a picture, and he still wanted to explain how they cook the shrimp and didn't know how it could have happened.
