Young lady behind the counter was very rude. Would sigh and/or roll her eyes with every topping request made. Wouldn't... accommodate adding bacon to a sandwich saying that sandwich doesn't get bacon. 10 year old grandson commenting she was grumpy. Read more

The sandwich artist was pleasant to talk to but the pickles had a nasty sour taste, the tomatoes looked and tasted like they had... been left on a deepfrost cycle over night, and the meatballs were in the meatwell. Overall this is the least fresh subway I haveever walked into. I have worked at a few subways but my boss would never let any of this fly. What you need to do is make surethe veggies go down off the line each night. The pickles are probably something you can't fix unless your staff isn't followingfifo. And most areas have the meatballs in a steamwell. I understand you might be slow during this time so in which case youshould set up a double broiler. Which will make them taste and look better. I also recommend half or quarter batches for themeatballs. I hope you implement these changes it'll improve customer satisfaction. Read more
