Dirty, loud (employees arguing and constantly loud talking), dry stale buns, flies all over (can't just be from doors opening).... Have traveled through for years and something has definitely happened to this McDonalds. Need to find another stop. Read more
Self serve cups by the register had yuck dripped all over them and we had to ask for clean ones, fries half full, the restaurant... was disgustingly dirty with trash all over, my order was missing a sandwich, the sweet tea had no lid, and there were no cleantables. Was just in drive thru a few minutes ago. A lady looking super mad just came outside and put a temporary closed sign on the... drive thru speaker due to being short staffed. Well maybe if you paid your employees what they're worth and appreciated themmore you wouldn't have these issues. Edit: this picture is added to this review 2 weeks later. The help staff was very courteous and they worked hard, but the owner needs to figure out where all the flies are coming from.... It was so gross, we had already ordered at the kiosk before we noticed the unsanitary conditions. Read more
If I could give a 0 I would....This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to, I have lived within a few miles of here... for 3 years, they're out of EVERYTHING constantly! Lettuce, mayo,straws you name it! On a regular basis, it's the slowest placeI have ever been and TWICE in the last week I have been told the drive thru was closed and to go to the lobby to order AT thedrive thru speaker! If it's open 24 hours they need to let people order 24/7 and If they are short on staff there should be aclosed sign on the speaker and the hours changed online, why have someone ON the drive thru speaker telling you that you can'torder unless you go insid??? If there is someone there then they should be taking your order not telling you to go inside. Thisis( or should be) the most convenient place for us for fast food ,because it's the closest to our house so we go there fairlyoften but I'm sick of their horrible service and will NOT be going there again. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, a 20 piece chicken nugget, a large fry, and a large UNSWEET TEA! I was given 2 SWEET TEAS... before getting and unsweetened because someone put the wrong product in the wrong tin. Upon speaking with the 2 managers onduty, the female, Caucasian with her hair NOT pulled back, as its below shoulder length, just under a hat, couldn't help thatcustomers were irritated at HER EMPLOYEES mistakes! She literally called the other male Caucasian manager over because shecouldn't deal with me bringing back HARD AS A ROCK CHICKEN NUGGETS! I could have totally draw on the concrete with them likethey were chalk! The male manager just wanted to give me a refund instead of replacing the food. Then says,, we'll i dont reallywant to refund you either. But wants to complain how he's still working on a broken foot, trying to get sympathy. Much longer than typical wait. The McDonald's half of the facility was dirty. Food was cold. They did give me a big stack of... napkins, which was nice. I kline to keep extra napkins in the car. McDonald's corporation needs to shut this store down andstart over with new management. Read more
