Placed online order and they never recieved it on their end. Took the order and started making it once I showed them the... confirmation email. Staff was friendly. Had enough time to check into hotel down the road while they cooked it up and thenreturned for it. They gave us extra biscuits for not having it ready. Waited 15min to be seated, which was fine. Ordered drinks, got drinks no biscuits. Finished two drinks, before biscuits even... arrived. Placed order and waited 40min for first serving of endless shrimp and they forgot my husbands salad. Waited another20min for second order shrimp, brought them out one at a time. Then 10min later our waitress came over with one order biscuits,2 orders of shrimp for my husband and 2 orders of scampi for myself. Brought over containers so we could take it to go. Tryingto make up for us having to wait for so long....and her not coming around and checking on our table. Half of our shrimp orderswere warm, not hot! We were there for 2 whole hours!! So we went to Red Lobster to use up a gift card. I ordered the surf and turf with a 4 oz steak. My boyfriend order the same but... with a 6 or 7 oz steak. Mine was a fillet minoin. I think his was a sirloin. When they came out My little steak was bigger thanhis. He was so mad. Bith steaks were pretty small fir the price you pay. It was also very cold in the building as well. Went for lunch knowing it'd be on the expensive side, but it's what we wanted. She had the Ultimate Feast with snow crab,... lobster tail, shrimp, and potato. She loved all of it. I had steak and shrimp. The 7oz sirloin was grilled perfectly. It wasjuicy and the taste was amazing. A manager told me they roast peppercorns, grind them into a butter baste with salt to latherthe steak. The shrimp was battered and butterflied. They, too, were amazing. I couldnt finish the delicious potato and steamedbroccoli. $100 well spent. Read more
Fast seating, but ran out of silverware and biscuits so we had to wait for both. Took awhile for server to greet us and take our... order. In the end our Food was great! Read more
