I was searching everywhere for a place to buy local gluten free sourdough bread and I was so excited to find Little Stream.... There were sooo many awesome reviews. So I bought $80 worth of bread. And I have tried a lot of gluten free and sourdough bread.This bread tasted awful. It tasted like cardboard and I politely emailed after I received my order asking if I could please shipthe unopened bread back for a refund. I sent my email two weeks ago and I sent a follow up email a week ago. And NO response.This is not a bakery I will be supporting again and the fact that no one has replied to my email requesting a refund when ontheir website it says to contact them within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Is not acceptable. Very disappointedin the product and service. Read more

the bread is good, they use a lot of older grains which seems to make denser bread, I've tried a few breads and I liked them... all, but something I always get when I go there is the unpasteurized sauerkraut. Read more

I am obsessed with good bread. I tire of the factory monoculture white trashy bread at the grocery store. Some of the best... sourdough in the region is to be had from Little Stream Bakery. I bought one of each of their loaves to try. Three dayslater, I returned whilst driving to Toronto and bought another ten loaves to give to my family. Boy was I popular - you can'tget good bread in Toronto it seems. Check out their website for local distributors. Even better, go to your local farmersmarket and look for the vendors that are making REAL bread with sourdough cultures. It's just...the way to eat bread. Read more
