Reviews for Fiddleheads Bar and Grill in Perth, ON
This is one of my favourite places to eat in Perth. Not only does it have a cosy pub feel, I have found the food to be quite... good and the service excellent. The location is also great, as it's across from Stewart park, while also attached to an indoorcourtyard that is very pretty. Note: During my latest visit my daughter ordered a hamburger with fries and lemonade, while Igot nachos to share and a beer. With tax and 20% tip the bill came to $59. Read more
Great spot with well above average food for a pub style restaurant. The black bean veggie burger is my go-to but many other... great menu items to choose from. The staff are always awesome as well and service is generally speedy. Incredible location witha perfect corner patio in the summer. Highly recommend if you are in Perth. Read more
The atmosphere is unique in that it is inside an old stone building. The inner court yard and fountain is beautiful with access... to cute little shops. Kids enjoyed their food as did the adults. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Bonus is the hugebeautiful park across the street. Read more
Great location and the food is always a hit. We sat on the patio on a beautiful summer day. The staff was attentive and made... sure that we were treated properly! We received our drinks, food and bill in a timely fashion and never had to flag down a staffmember. Read more

Fiddleheads Bar & Grill A great spot along side the downtown stewart park, located on the ground floor of the Codes Mill. The... staff are friendly and helpful, food was also amazing. We called ahead to make sure it had a kids menu which they said yes, uponarrival there was no kids menu at all. Still great though. Highly recommended. Read more
Heard good things about the wings and decided to give them a try. First negative (albeit minor): the menu found online is not... the same as in-house. The wings did not disappoint (delicious and substantial) but the poutine missed the mark for us. The menusaid smoked cheese but they used regular curds (not a big deal at all but just not as advertised), the fries were undercookedand the gravy was watery. Also, it wasn?t served hot enough as the cheese never melted. If they are going to use dishes likethis, they probably should heat them but that?s just a suggestion. Also had the chicken BLT. Salad dressing was just basic oilbut the sandwich was awesome! They obviously used quality ingredients so it?s mostly the execution on this day that lost themthe point. Read more
We dropped by for lunch at 1:30, Nov 17. The bar area was quite loud so we asked if we could sit in the back and the girl said... "sure" but she did not accompany us back there. We're not sure why she didn't accompany us but she knew where we were goingand she said it was ok. There was one group of 7 seniors back there so it was nice and quiet. We sat for 15 minutes and werenot acknowledged by anyone. The waitress serving the seniors visited them at least 3 times and not once did she say anything orlook at us. Other waitresses walked by several times and not one of them looked our way! Finally after 15 minutes, and yes itwas a full 15 minutes! a waitress walked by and seemed surprised that we were just sitting there and said, "oh I will get you acouple of menus". After several more minutes went by without her returning we left. Our advice for this poorly runestablishment is TRAIN YOUR STAFF and teach them to OPEN THEIR EYES! Seems rather simple right? APPARENTLY NOT!!!! Read more
