The cashier scanned my ID without my permission. I'll never spend another dime at any Casey stores
Was in there on several different days between 5 and 6 AM. Not much hot food to choose from, and if you ask the guy in back to... make anything, the standard answer is "it will take about 20 minutes ". I can get a pizza in less time than a toastwich or abreakfast bowl? How about an honest a swer like "I'm lazy and don't want to make anything for a customer ". The Casey store atFruitland is way better. I'm glad that Rhodes, Barnes Mart, Hardee's, and Subway are close, all have better customer service. Read more

I went in there were 2 guys standing there talking. One was cutting pizza. I asked if I could get a sandwich because there was... nothing in til he cold case. Was told it would be 15 minutes. So I figured I would get a fruit cup because they had three ofthem. All of them went out of date 2 days ago. I don?t know what it going on but I always used to go in there for lunch nowthere is never anything in the hot or cold case and tonight there was but it was out of date. Went in there with my boyfriend yesterday, stood by the sandwich area to have someone take my order, the lady who was prepping... some already snipply told me ? go over there to take your order? so I did & the girl didn?t ask me anything like what kind ofbread, cheese etc so when the last before started making my sandwich I asked her ? hey, can I get the zesty Parmesan instead?she literally rolled her eyes at me, I just brushed it off, because it could always be just a bad day but then she asked me if Iwanted any cheese and I said ? yes please? which then led to her saying ? this is why you tell her everything you need when yourgetting your order taken? I?m not sure what everyone?s policy is with customer service but if I EVER talked to a customer theway she kept talking to me, I would have been fired immediately. Worst experience ever had with Pizza. I've heard so much good about this place since I've been in the state of Missouri that... finally order from there after being sick for days and not being able to eat and decide to get something good only to get a coldpizza in an hour and a half then be told it's going to be another 45 minutes for them to pick this up and replace it with a hotone. So in order to get a warm not hot pizza it takes over 2 hours. Pretty sad when you can get better pizza from dominos for athird of the price. Read more
Removed their free air pump for tires and replaced it with a paid one that is worse quality.
