I have been a regular customer of this Frozen Yogurt shop since they opened. This place is excellent and has endless choices of... toppings. I recently had a concern with the way they handle their rewards program. I was able to reach the owner via the phonenumber on the receipt. She was extremely apologetic. She then told me her plan for solving the issue and then left a verygenerous gift card at her store for me to pick up! ???? I consider this top notch customer service and is a place that Iwill continue to patronize. Read more
Love all of the yogurt, toppings, and the employees. however, 3 times i have tried to go there and the door said they were open,... as well as the open sign, and the door was locked and they were inside cleaning. one time this happened, and the employee juststared at me through the glass. Read more
For the most part Lola's is like any other build-it-yourself frozen yogurt place (which I love), but where Lola sets herself... apart is the cleanliness. I was impressed with how clean it was for a business in general, and especially one that deals in amessy, sticky commodity. Well done employees, well done.
