Beer taste good, bartenders are nice and efficient, but the ABV percentages are on the low side for me. Need some 7-9.5% ABV.... Maybe a sour as well. Doing so will attract more of a variety. Read more
Was able to stop by Great Black Swamp Brewing Company tonight and highly recommend! They have a variety of liquor and domestics,... not that you?ll need it, because their on site brewed beer is AMAZING. Also, kid and dog friendly. Definitely put on your listto stop by ASAP this summer. They?re sure to be a South End gem in no time! Read more

Watered down, little body. Decent flavor but no body. You can take that two ways. For a weak beer drinker, such as myself, you... will have no troubles drinking the collection of beers. Or As a beer lover you will be disappointed in the lack of body andwatered down flavor The Stout had flavor but you could drink it like a pilsner. Most definitely not an actual brewing company at all. I was an inconvenience to the bartender because I ordered a flight that... he gave me begrudgingly. Even though it looks like more of a restaurant on Maps, it is not at all. We did not know if or whatfood they served because we were never offered a food menu. Maybe they don't have one? Eventually found out they had pretzelbites so we ordered them. They were literally SuperPretzel bites from Kroger. The cup that the cheese was in actually melted abit from when he threw it in the microwave. After nuking the bites, he promptly turned off the kitchen light to deter us, andanyone else, from ordering any more food. The beers were mediocre at best. Very low ABV content other than the stouts. Nothingto write home about and definitely wasn't worth putting up with the two obnoxious college kids that were playing darts behindus. It's okay, you could barely play darts anyway. The dart board was barely working and buggy. Not to mention, the darts werein a cup of broken tips and there were only a few usable darts. The music was ridiculously loud and did not have the freeplaying random music in between song purchases. The bottom line is that this is a bar, not a quality brewing company, completewith a rude bartender and a snotty college vibe. No thank you. Go to Earnest instead. Read more
I had my first experience here to watch a March madness game and it makes me want to go back though I am not sure if the great... time I has can be reproduced. Lots of TCS to watch games. A jukebox and golf game . Friendly bar tender and hilarious customers.We didn't know a person there and yet by the end I felt like I had talked to everyone in the bar and made a few friends. We hadthe chicken chunks and pizza. I would buy the pizza again due to its large size, cheap price and excessive amount of toppings.I enjoyed my tea beer, my buddy thought the beer on tap was fair, but bot as good as Ernest brewery. Been waiting for this place to open, great beers with really awesome staff. Indoor and outdoor seating was ample with space for... games and our 1 year old even got to walk around and say hi to everyone at every table. Read more
