I had the worse experience! wolanda is the worse manager I?ve ever seen, these poor kids work like slaves, some were sick or... even quiet fired in there work experience. I am highly disgusted by the work ethic at this place, this place needs to be shutdown immediately! The whole work place is unfair and disappointing, the food is absolutely disgusting, the chef has picked hisnose and done all sort of inappropriate things while cooking , I?ve seen the manger be rude to workers, make workers cry I amvery disappointed. Had to wait for the chicken to be cooked so everything was hot. I wanted a bucket and they only had dark meat ready. Took over... 30 minutes waiting time. They weren't busy at all. Be prepared for a long wait. Read more
Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, the staff were wearing mask which demonstrated SAFETY for themselves and others. I... would've given a 5? rating but, they( KFC ) NO LONGER carry the BAKED CHICKEN. However, my reasons for giving a 4? rating are asfollows: store was clean and neat, staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, NO LONG WAIT, food was fresh...NOT some oldchicken that's been sitting around, reasonable prices along with good deals, and food was good and plentiful. This location is terrible! Whenever I order through Uber Eats I never get what I ordered. I order original recipe and they... always give me crispy. This time I ordered two 3 piece meals and they only gave me one. I ordered them separately so that theycould see I wanted 2 three piece meals. They always mess up my order. ALWAYS. Never again. The employees here are very nice and friendly. My only complaint is that you guys keep running out of sweet lightning mountain... dew and I look forward to it since I can only get it from kfc and its advertised all over your menu POP. If you keep runningout every week then you should order more so u dont keep running out . And I always know when you run out when I get home and mysoda is flat. Not sweet at all and tastes terrible . It's happened quite a few times and it makes me sad. Then next timewhen i go back they're out of it for like a week at a time . . I wouldnt complain if it only happened once. Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready at 6:43. Twice was told my order was on its way out. AFTER being told it was being... bagged up and on its way to me, I was then informed they had one fryer, no chicken, and it would be another 15 minutes. Myorder was not ready until 7:20 and then was missing an item. Manager was extremely rude, never once apologized, blamed herstaff and the "rush" there were only 3 others waiting inside for food the entire 40 mins I was in the store. The Perry Hall location is the only one in the area now. In the past, it has been clean, had good service and provided a nice... food value for the money. Though prices are rather high for fast food chicken, my family enjoys it once in awhile. However, myrecent visit was disappointing. We spent $40+ and the experience wasn't good. The cashier was impatient, rude and had a badattitude. No kind greeting. No respect. She acted as if we were bothering her by coming there. I asked a question about thefood and she told me to just look at the menu for those answers. Our order was just tossed in a bag and shoved in our direction.
