Stopped in for lunch after completing 52 miles of biking on the Raccoon River Valley Trail. I still had 20 more miles of biking... ahead of me to finish the day. We opted to sit in the outdoor patio area, which was well maintained and offered plenty ofshade. This was my first time here so I briefly went inside to check out the interior. It appears to be well decorated and hasa nice atmosphere. The service and food were good. No complaints from me or others in my party. I normally would ordercomfort food, but opted for a chef salad with fried chicken strips instead. The salad portion was good and had plenty of othertoppings as well. I appreciated the ability to pay and tip my server via scanning a QR code on the receipt. Payment processwas easy and quick. I would certainly be willing to stop here again sometime if I'm in the area. Read more
The smoked pork was amazing, being from Missouri my standards are high for bbq and this little place didn?t disappoint!!! Drinks... were yummy I recommend the ?pond water?! Staff was super friendly! We will make the 3 hour drive back just to eat here again!! Read more
