Went there placed my order. At no time was told they were out. Proceeded to pay for my order still was not advised what I... ordered they did not have. Go to pick it up was told they did not have it. Asked for a refund. They did not give me areplacement and then double charged me for a drink. My at most 2 dollar dri k now has cost me 16 dollars. They wouldn?t take my order or respond back to me over the inner com, and when i drove around the building the two exployees... were sitting in the lobby area. When I called the restaurant they let it ring until it automatically disconnected. Read more
Finally made it before breakfast was over so I could order my "bacon club chalupa" the girls working were intrigued by my order... and said it sounded so good. I went with Friends. She said it was about $16 then I got to the window and she seen who it was she upcharged me for things I... didn't even get. She charged me for Cinnabon when I didn't get anything she charged for. I got 2 DLT 2 hard normal tacos Double steak burrito and chicken Chipotle ranch of something n 2 sweet teas. And nope. The Mexican Pizza is back!!!! Oh my gosh. I love the Mexican Pizza. I don't always love it going in the bottom of the bag with... the rest of the order piled on top of it. (The boxes aren't that strong.) There's rarely a long wait time here, which is nice. Ilove Taco Bell! The only thing I can say is, when you order extra sour cream, please put it on there. Also, please put it acrossthe entire item, instead of a blob at one end. The crew here have always been polite and friendly. It has it's moments. Thereare times they run out of main ingredients. SOUR CREAM!!! How can you run Taco Bell with no sour cream?? Mexican Pizza shells!!I don't blame the crew for that, that's corporate!! Come on corporate, you can do better!! staff were rude and acted like i was lying about them ruining my food. own your screw ups. not to mention they were out of... lettuce and didn?t tell me till after i already paid. they also made my order with the wrong cheese and didn?t even meltit.literally the worst taco bell. this place needs new people. Went here to get enchirtos. Been waiting for years for them to come back on the menu. Went to drive-thru. Asked if they were... serving enchritos (they had no advertising for them). Was told no, they didn't have them so my husband ordered 2 Mexican pizzasand I got a burrito and fresh. Drove to window and asked if they would ever have the encharitos. The girl asked and was toldthey did have them. I asked if I could please change my order (no one was behind us in line). I said to give us the two pizzasand 4 encharitos. She was having difficulties at the register so someone else came to help her out. She asked if we could drivearound and she'd bring our food to us. She held onto our card while we pulled around, as she had not rung up the order yet. Shebrought the food to us. I apologized for changing the order and explained that was the only reason we had went there (for theencharito). We drove off. We got home only to discover we had our original order + 4 encharitos. $32.00 for 2 people to eat attaco bell ??????? Read more
