Do not stop, just keep going. Burgers, including chicken sandwiches were not hot at all. Chicken typically stays very warm and... mine was barely above room temp. Their supplies are low, no large cups, out of many soda types, no ketchup packets and the TVwas practically blacked out. Just show the lack of upkeep. My fries were hot! Read more
Average to slow service, it's a 50/50 chance you'll get a pleasant drive-thru server. The food is typically really good, the... fries are nine times out of 10 hot and salted just right. The problem is they don't really have adequate Staffing and I'm notsure that's something they can help. Read more
One screen worked. I asked the cashier if I could have detail of the missing menu and she said ?this is Burger King we sell... burgers use your imagination? my wife asked for no onion on her sandwich because she?s allergic (onions were included) and ourdrink was flat. It took almost 20 minutes to get someone to take my order, then almost as long to get the food. The food was cold and no salt on... the fries, the drink machine was not the cleanest and the drink was not the best tasting.. This Burger King needs to be closed! When you walk in you noticed the greasy floors and the overall run-down appearance. Most of... the machines on the restaurant for we?re not working including the soda machine, condiment area, etc. at one time this must?vebeen a nice location. Unfortunately no one has put any sort of money or time in this for a long time. It?s sad when you walk inand even the people working there are worried about you taking pictures inside that you were from the health department. The onelady working the counter was also helping everyone in the back and running the drive-through. The light up menu board inside wasmostly dark and it was noted that that?s because they don?t have most of what Burger King normally offer. You?re a plain chickensandwich and even that needed to be sent back. The sodas were full of ice with very little drink and there was no place to goand refill them. We waited quite a while for the food is everything needed to be made to order. The girl at the front counterbut everything in the bag I walked maybe 10 steps and day down, opened the bag and the food was cold. I really don?t getit. Definitely not worth a stop. Definitely worth a closure. Shut the place down for a week totally clean it, change all thebroken light fixtures, and clean all the furniture. So I left work got to bk around noon time asked for no sauce on my whopper meal. Get to work and not only was there no sauce but... there's nothing on the burger. Called to ask why I got no toppings on my burger after I got off work and they just said no sauceis a plain burger, then she said oh I guess you get lettuce tomatoes n onions. Asked if I still have receipt I said no but Iused my card I can pull it up she put me on hold, after few mins just disconnected the line. Don't waist your time going heremost of the workers are dressed to go to a cheap strip joint or a nasty club very rude, definitely not work ready. Read more
It is a waste of time to visit here because they don't have most of the items on the menu and only accept cash. A sign is posted... that no ice cream or milkshakes available until further notice. If you get through that, the rude employee will list about 10items not available on the menu. I almost felt like I did something wrong by being there. Like the car in front of me, I leftand went to McDonalds even though I had cash. My guess is they are closing the restaurant soon because the employees don't careand the food inventory is dwindling to nothing. Whatever the case, I would forget this Burger King exists and visit a place thatis friendly and has the food on the menu. Read more
