This subway has kept me sane while living in Perris. Yeah, it gets a little busy, but their customer service has always been... amazing. The worst experience I've had here, I waited an extra 7 minutes for a curbside pickup order when they were PACKED.They apologized and gave me my food as soon as it was ready. Amazing. Absolutely professional people and the food is as usualSubway quality. They never judge my weird orders. Great job. Read more
Just left. Worse customer service I've ever experienced in a subway. I was being rushed to make my order and didn't even get... what I wanted because I was so distracted at how rude she was being. Great Team. I always stop here when in the area. Someone came in and took off their mask saying she might pass out. They were... quick tell her it was required in the store. So obviously she didn't care about the Health and Well being of these workers. Idon't care for the masks either, but I'm not a scientist or a Dr.so in order to protect others, I will wear it. And to limit mytime in the store I used the app which saved me $11 because of their special. Take Care Ladies???? Read more

Horrible subway.!! Don't cater here ordered a subway for a party..day of the party they didn't have it ready..i asked for a... refund they send comeback because they're to busy( not busy enough to take my money) when I came back the next day these conartists tried to say they already gave me the refund saying it's back on the card. Idiots forgot that I paid cash and nowhere onthe receipt it said debt. Con artist!!!
