This is definitely more a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean, updated, beds comfortable and the view from your balcony of the rock... and ocean never gets boring! No AC so it got a bit stuffy even with the sliding door open surprisingly. Location is great asrestaurants /pub are within easy walking distance. Read more
Worst experience! We cannot make our trip, we cancel the room through online and we ok to pay the amount which they issued to... us, however they charged extra with an incorrect receipt. Called twice to ask the reason and the correct receipt,thereceptionist is very rude, told that the extra charge for dog even we cannot make it. Ok, if that is the case, I understood butI need the new receipt with the right amount, it is not acceptable to be charged without any receipt or form, it is fraud! That was the worst ever experience I've had in Canada!!! They charge me almost twice the right amount and when I called them and... asked what's going on, they told me it's Mastercard's problem!!! Just imagine that It's been almost a month that I checked outand I've just filed a dispute hoping to have my money back in 90 days!!!! Seriously what's wrong with you guys??? Great service, hotel clerk was able to communicate in English and was very helpful. The rooms don't have ac but we didn't find... it hot at all. The boardwalk is right outside the hotel and you can even see the rock from there... Which is the whole point ofstaying in Percé lol. Read more

Helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful location. You don't need to pay more for a room waterfront, they have a huge yard you can... go sit in and look at the water. Beach is steps away. Will definitely go back one day! Read more
Nice hotel with a beautiful view on the water, close to the bars and cafes. Friendly staff on reception. The only thing that... makes a stay a bit uncomfortable is the rules mentioned almost everywhere, which is a bit of a pressure. It is also a bit hotwithout air conditioner. But all the rest is fine. This is a beautiful historical hotel facing the waterfront. You can see the iconic Perce? rock from most of the rooms. Our room... was very comfortable, with soft towels and bedding, a small balcony and plenty of room to stretch out. We placed our chairs infront of the window and watched the birds diving under the waves. The staff was very nice. We ate dinner in the dining room, andthe food was excellent. We would love to stay here again. Read more
