I was there 7/13/22 approx. 4:15 pm; the young woman with braids who was taking another person's order acted like she didn't... want to be there. Not once did she make eye contact with the customer and simply walked away from the register, leaving thecustomer, myself and her coworker confused. I myself used to work for Subway and this is saddening. If you don't want to workthere. Don't. I would have been fired if I acted like that. The gentleman working with her was nice though but this was thesecond time I've seen her in the store acting completely annoyed and so unfriendly. I hope this comes to your attention Kurt andLori. If you're going to ignore cars every Sunday well before you close, please don't advertise that you're open until 8. Say you... close at 7:30. 3 Sundays in a row, sign says drive-through open and no one answers the intercom. I wish my kid didn't likeSubway so much so I wouldn't have to go here anymore. Read more
I will never go here again! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch in the drive thru, got home to eat and notice this sandwich does not... smell right. The chicken looks gray and smells to high heaven. I repeatedly call to complain and someone keeps hanging up theline. Almost $13.00 for a sandwich that would give me food poisoning! Read more
Done, done , done!! Months ago this subway used to be the best but now it's a mess. No one seems to vet the ingredients any... longer. Lettuce typically is turning/ meat at times smells foul. And this tipping thing.... I'm not going to tip until I seewhat you have provided me and I'm insulted to be asked. Most cases I receive a gross sandwich w/I an extra something or aridiculous amount of sauce that I wear afterwards when I asked for no extra. BEING HANDED THE GREASY UNSANITIZED CARD READER INA RUSHING MANNER ONLY TO SELECT A TIP IS OFFENSIVE AND RUDE YOU PUT EVERYONE AT RISK FOR YOUR SELFISHNESS! 3 stars for how much I loved my sandwich. It wasn't any culinary miracle, just a basic footlong. But, when you crave a sandwich... with all the works, this hits the spot. Can't go wrong with Subway's assortment of veggies. I also liked the interior. Thebuilding is clearly new and looks sleek and modern. Good dine-in vibe. I took off 2 stars due to poor service. Our server actedlike we ruined their day for asking them to make sandwiches. And I'm pretty sure they charged extra for my sandwich, which Ididn't notice until after I left. Don't put yourself thru what I did. I would drive thru for lunch but several weeks ago I went thru at dinner time. When I... asked a question about my order the clerk looked at me and shut the window. I got nowhere asking to talk to the manager so Ileft. Next day I went back at lunch to speak to the manager who was very apologetic. However I went back a week later atlunchtime and the same rude person was working the window. This time this same clerk told me several times that she didn't careand told me to f-off!! Last time I will go there!! I reached out to corporate to let them know but they never responded. Wow. Workers here are not so friendly. You won't even get a smile and I could tell they were not happy about my topping requests. My... requests are super basic btw and hey, it's a subway. Won't recommend going to this subway. Read more
