10/17 945 am. Waited over 10 minutes for coffee inside. Watched cars in drive thru come and go while we waited. Observed 9... workers behind counter. Finally asked where our coffee was and they said?oh, we were out of vanilla!? Waited more time asked tospeak to shift manager. He said what do you want me to do? I asked him to get our coffee. He stuck two thumbs up in the air andstood there. Three or four minutes later finally got coffee. What?s happened to customer service? Read more

Popular spot but staff is behind and catty--or more likely overworked by corporate and understaffed. Waited 15min for a drink,... they make excuses and failed to comp. Read more
