I ordered this morning at 2 am and they completely messed my order up.. not only that I've been tying to call the store since... about 5am and I keep getting a dang sorry line is busy try again later message as if someone never hung up the phone properly socustomers like myself are unable to call and get the order the messed up fixed or refunded. I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru today 09/18/2022 for a single frappe that I never received. Took up my whole lunch break... and made me 10 minutes late to clock back in. I will literally never be back. Enjoy my frappe. Read more

This McDonalds is by far the worst one in Peoria IL, not only are they not making the orders correct things are always not hot... when you get it! My fries are NOT full if I want more fries thats a large hate to pull them out and it?s a medium inside a largebox! You only get a squirt of ketchup and we don?t even want to go there with the amount of onions that supposed to be on theburger! And no I didn?t get napkins this time either! It used to be there were certain McDonald's locations that you didn't go to cuz you knew the service was just going to be... terrible. Now it's all of them. Just spent 20 minutes sitting in absolute silence in the drive up so I gave up and drove away.As I'm passing the drive up window I just see three employees leaning on counters and talking. Everyone says this, but I'mlegitimately never going to a McDonald's again. There are better and more consistent options that you don't have to scream andshout just for them to acknowledge your existence. Read more
