Server was great! Food was great except for the sirloin tips. I wasn't impressed. But my eggs, pancakes, and hashbrowns we're... great. I'm visiting family here, but the prices BLEW me away. A glass of apple juice was $3.99. Read more
We ended up their own a night that only a skeleton crew was working. Our waiter was fabulous, being new, and under so much... pressure. But, shame on IHOP for allowing a new employee to be put into this position. Read more
Came here on a rainy Sunday. Not even that busy. Service what nice at first but all I asked for was a drink of water at first. ... The guy who serviced us was new so I don't want to sound mean but they served us our food after about 15 minutes of ordering which is great but they didn't even bring us our drinks. I'm used to getting served drinks before our food so that right therealready threw me off. I'm thirsty I said I would like a water it shouldn't take 15 minutes to give me one AFTER you serve ourfood. And I asked for extra bacon and mayo on my sandwich and they didn't do either. I get if that wasn't option and they didn'twant to do it but he took my order and didn't say anything .... didn't even wanna deal with it anymore so I left. Never comingback here again Read more
We got to the restaurant and nobody greeted us at the door or even said it?ll be a minute until after a few minutes of standing... there and then they took nearly 5-8 minutes to seat us. When they did seat us they sat us in a corner booth that had a fly trapand a bunch of flies. I had an infant in my arms and nobody asked if I wanted a booster seat or a high chair. We asked to moveseats because of the flys, we were moved and I got my own high chair for my infant. Three families that I know of were seatedand had their order taken before us. Not to mention receiving their food before us. At this point my children were getting fussyand hungry, my child?s drink was empty and we weren?t checked on for refills or even to be notified about our wait. Afterspending an hour in the establishment with no food i spoke with the manager and At that point we finally got our food. And itseemed like all of a sudden people cared about me and my children and kept asking how we were doing. Point is, I should neverhave to go out of my way to get answers and some attention to our table. Very dissatisfied with this visit. They gave me 20% offmy bill for the trouble, but I would?ve been happier with better service and paying full price. Read more

Place wasn't busy and I'm not from Peoria. I came in Saturday at 10:35 and I waited for a water for 30 minutes. Then I ordered... and waited for my food for over an hour. My toast was hard as a rock and my waitress rolled her eyes huffed and puffed over it.Then brought me back the same hard toast.
