If I could give this place a 0 i would. Please retrain the staff on hospitality they're terrible. When the hell does this place... even open. 80% of the time I go here the door is randomly locked when it should be open. Everyone avoid this hucks go to Caseysnothing here to see. Cashier didn't know what I was doing so I left. I tried to use a coupon for 15 cents off a gallon. He stares at me. I say I want... 7 gallons. He asks me what 7 gallons is. Huge line too. I wasn't the only one who left the line. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I come to buy hot food for lunch it's always too crunchy. But I don't say anything. However... when I purchase one black and mild jazz and 20 dollars in fuel, give the cashier my id card and get told to remove my maskbecause your trained cashier doesn't believe it's my id card and 20 questions me over it like a cop. I have an issue with beingtold to remove my mask. I already don't accept having to wear one let alone being asked to remove it. If ms. Baker can't dealwith a state issued id card then she doesn't belong being a cashier. Read more
