Terrible customer service. They seriously need new employees and management. One of the girls was insanely rude and the other... one just watched her and said nothing. We called and asked for the manager and then asked for their bosses number and was toldthat they can't give it to us and to look online. Read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner, the guy who YELLED at me through the... drive thru speaker was the apparently the owner. He should not be allowed to own a franchise with the way he treats customers. Ileft, without my order, and will never go back. Read more

Customer service is not something that Dunkin seems to value - the employees do not even try to be polite and act inconvenience... if you ask them for anything. I went through the drive through asked for a half-caff Americano, which I have ordered before. Thelady said ?we can only make coffee drinks half-caff, not americanos.? I said, in a polite tone, -?but an americano is espressoand water, don?t you guys have decaf espresso?? She let out the longest, loudest sigh, and then said shortly, ?yeah, we do,fine. Anything else?? I didn?t exactly ask for super complex drink. She just didn?t want to make it. She could lied and told methey were out or something and that would have been an improvement from the response I got. And it?s not just think Dunkin.Every Dunkin I?ve been to, the employees are grumpy and seriously sound like they don?t want to be there and they don?t want youto be there either. Read more

Ordered my drink through the mobile app and used my free drink reward. First thing the cashier said was ?this isn?t paid for?... even after I said ?I had a mobile order? and had the receipt. He didn?t even bother to check if that was the correct drink andit sure wasn?t. I ended up leaving because the guy was so rude and I didn?t have time for arguing. I know it was busy but staffdefinitely needs to be more friendly. It?s not the first time they?ve messed up my order. Read more
