Fast, efficient, delicious. This Chick-fil-A has maintained a pristine quality through out the many years it has been... around. Was told they gave me wrong order at window. Handed it back. Then supposedly gave me correct order...except missing fruit cup,... cheese sauce which I asked her upon getting ready to hand me my "real" order were you sure to include my cheese sauce, to whichshe replied....yes, its in there without looking. I ordered 1 chicken finger which girl in drive up outside line told me Icould order but instead got 5 and was charged for 5 instead of 1. Got wrong drink and it just goes on!! When I called storewas told if you come back they would give me cheese sauce and fruit cup. Was then informed they cannot sell 1 chicken finger. My ticket read 1 chicken finger then underneath an ADDITIONAL 4 I never ordered or wanted. Was told they aren't allowed to selljust one. Ok..well that is what the girl told me I COULD order in outside line. Was then told they couldn't refund the 4fingers I did not order unless I came right back. Which would require leaving home again with a 2 year old at dinner time. Very, very poor customer service. Read more
Breakfast is awesome. Fresh and tasty. Yummy for my tummy. I was surprised that a fast food restaurant could make such a great... chicken and biscuit sandwich. I enjoyed every flakey crumbly bite. Read more
Chick-fil-a is always a great place to get a quick meal or snack! The staff here have always been helpful and friendly. My only... critique is that it's disappointing to see corporate a couple years ago remove their Large Milkshake but still charge the"large" price tag. Haven't ordered a milkshake since. Read more
We have never had a more pleasant dining experience than yesterday at Chick-fil-A by Northwoods Mall ( at least one for $19 ).... First, the place is SO clean. Second, the workers, ( including the manager Kent ) are so kind and friendly it actually felt likewe had gone back in time kind of like when we grew up! Lastly, the food is scrumptious. 2nd time we have eaten there and thebetter half and I loved both meals... Read more

Only gave a 1 to review. Ordered 2 deluxe. One didn't have the cheese. Went to counter and they just gave a cold piece of cheese... to put on ourselves. Then opened mine and the bun was greasy on top. Chicken had no breading on the bottom and didn't tastedone. Returned my sandwich. After I complained she gave me back money for my sandwich and gave me a gift card for another. I wasvery disappointed by the food, but the manager did make it right. Read more
