This Arby's is the only business in the area that still does not have dine in. The drive through is also slow.
No sauce was added to or asked if I needed it. Not one napkin, and was handed a drink with no straw. Top it all off, cold.
Every time I come to this location I?m literally the 3rd person in line with a 30 minute wait for ONE beef & cheddar sandwich.... 5/10/22 placed an order arrived home minus my chicken pecan sandwich. I called and was told to come back and pick it up. When I... went to the window I was handed the sack without even an apology for having to come back. Use to go to this location all the time, however the last 5 times i have been there they were either closed (at 3 or 4 in the... afternoon!) or couldn't be bothered to answer their drivetrhu even though i saw employees inside. Their food has gone really downhill recently. After my last visit I do not plan on going to this Arby's again until things... change. Note: I partook in patronizing this establishment at 10:10 P.M., this may have affected service. This joint has a comfortable... layout for dining in. The menu is formatted well making it easy to decipher and pick your food. They serve curly friesautomatically which I consider a plus. I was disappointed however, with the sanitary standards of one of the employees, handwashing was needed and not used. The only other issue I experienced was with respect to my Reuben Sandwich. I really enjoy agood Reuben! The varied ingredients mixing about on the palate creates quite an exquisite symphony of flavor. What I receivedwas a mildly warm pile of meat topped with sauerkraut, thousand island and cheese, which was not melted. The tepid pile wassandwiched between two slices of rye which were soft and soggy. No attention had been offered to ensuring all the ingredientswere heated properly nor was the rye toasted. Perhaps Arby's simply does not toast the rye. Again, I visited the establishment50 minutes before their 11:00 P.M. close time, this may have had an adverse affect. Milkshakes here are my favorite. I pretty much come here only for my chocolate or vanilla shakes.
