I can't believe this location is slower than the one on Union Hills. It literally takes the entire staff to process one order at... a time. If I wasn't trying to pick up for someone else I would never have waited. There were only 2 people in front of me and ittook 20 minutes to get to the register and find out they were out of what my fiancee wanted. Their mobile ordering wasn'tworking or I wouldn't have wasted time in line. They just can't do a single thing right. Read more
FOOD: Typical of nearly all fast-food chains in recent years, when ordering after peak hours the food doesn't seen to have been... freshly cooked. Tasting as though it was in a heat tray and microwaved to order. With other fast food chains I can't really tellif the food has been cooked to order or reheated. Wendy's is one of the few chains that tastes completely different when cookedto order as opposed to the meat being cooked and put in a warmer long before ordered. thank you Wendy's employees!!! I ordered through the app tonight and chose to pick it up inside, when I got there the inside was... closed early and I had to wait in the drive thru. I was running late and already paid for my food, so let's just say I was alittle upset. I finally made it to the drive thru speaker box after 20 mins in line. I told the girl I ordered through the appas take out inside, and she said they can't open the door. I told her I was running late and asked if she could make anexception. The girl came out the back door and hand delivered me my food!!! Thank you so much! I order here all the time, theyare always all friendly! You guys are amazing!!!! Read more

I just came by here at 7:20 am to get breakfast in dine in , and the manager told me drive thru only until 9 but then breakfast... is nasty but then an half of the day is gone and this is in Peoria you figured I'd have the doors open cuz it's a niceneighborhood in Central Phoenix Read more
