I know what you're thinking... Fast food with a 5-star rating... come on? Well, this location has always had fresh French Fries... and made to order burgers that taste fresh. But the best part is the wonderful charisma of the elderly lady at the drive thru. Don't know her name, but she has always been super friendly, funny, and a genuine pleasure to speak with when at the window. She reminds me of a grandma you wish was yours. Kudos! Read more
The food is fine but this is the only Wendy?s that I?ve seen that will only service one car in the drive thru at a time no... matter how many cars are in line. Absolutely ridiculous. The line is not backed up to the speaker yet nobody is able to order. Read more
So first I'd like to say this is a very clean location and the younger employees who work here all have outstanding customer... service. However I witnessed the manager Jack/Jeff (heavier set older gentleman) being very very rude to the other employees. Assomeone who's worked fast food I can say having a boss like this will make you hate a job. I think this man needs a positionwith less authority. Read more
how do i describe this location? terrible. looking for a job? do not ever go to this place and apply. the manager, overworks ALL... of his staff. it does not matter if you are a student in high school, or in college, or have any sort of life outside of wendys,he will work you to the brim. he may seem okay and nice at first, but once you get the inside scoop of it, its awful. out of mymonths of working there, i had only received on apology for his anger issues, that he pushes on his coworkers. hes always insome sort of sour mood, but then again, he has told some of the older workers (even some young teenage girls) about his lovelife and life in general- it almost non existent. he also likes to get handsy a bit with the young girls, touching and rubbingtheir backs or shoulders, just straight up WEIRD. also, if you hadn't met this guy yet, be prepared to get a glare when he givesyou your order, or if you ask for sauces. he's always rude to the customers, which is the one thing you are told NOT TO DO, as ageneral manager. just wanted to share that amongst everyone so they can kind of get an idea of what it's like to work here, itsno easy job, working for an emplyer who will guilt trip you into believing your job, at a fast food chain, is more importantthan your family or your mental wellbeing. Terrible, just pay attention to what you're doing while at work! It's not rocket science we all know but man a straw in the bag... with a drink isn't too hard right??? How about the order was so messed up I gave it away to the kids in the neighborhood. Thefood wasn't bad but it wasn't what I payed for... Stop hiring 16 yo kids with no care in the world please! SIT IN LINE FOR 10 MINS, LINE IS MOE 8 cars deep, one car at the window with a SIMPLE order and the only thing they had to say... once to the speaker was please wait....15 minutes later I decide I am not waiting any longer and proceed to pull out. The girlbehind the window decided it would be a good idea to curse and flip me off because I pulled through and didnt order.Disgraceful, inappropriate and down right rude! Absolutely shameful!
