I will admit, I had no idea what Detroit pizza was before eating at The Rec last week! I brought my family here and we were all... very pleased with both the service and the food at this restaurant. My son said they were the best wings he's had in a long timeand we all loved the pizza! The lunch specials offered here are quite affordable and filling, $6-$10 which includes a drink.This place would actually be a perfect lunch spot to gather with co-workers since there is also a fairly large eat-in area thathas a few arcade games, a basketball shooting game, and some TVs to watch sports. We will definitely be visiting again soon andI am happy that my first experience with Detroit style pizza was such a great one! Read more
I saw ricotta and had to get The Barry pizza. It was my first time trying Detroit style pizza and I loved the crispy cheese... crust! My friend ordered The Hockeytown and she enjoyed it too.
