We always go here. They make great 5 layer burritos and service is usually pretty fast and on point. They make everything we... want right and the employees are usually very good. Give them a raise!! Lol Read more
Went through the drive thru at 1:00 PM and ordered an L1 (2 pc fish combo) and an L2 (2 pc chicken combo). The fish was very... thin and overcooked. The chicken planks weren?t quite as thin but they were overcooked and tough. The hush puppies were verygood, the fries were pretty mushy but not bad. Before Long John Silvers joined with Taco Bell, they had excellent fish &chicken tenders. They were plump, juicy and delicious. Now they are disappointing. I kept hoping it was just a ?one-time? badbatch but after several visits to different locations I see this is the new ?norm? as they all turn out bad fish & chicken. TheTaco Bell food however is always good. I think the emphasis is on Taco Bell and Long John Silvers is just something ?irritating?they ?must? include on the menu. As the closest taco bell to where I live, this is the one I frequent the most. I've been meaning to leave an honest review for... quite some time now, but during their latest boof up, I felt compelled. The staff consistently cannot hear me through the drivethrough window. They continuously ask "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that, could you repeat your order?" And when I clarify, theyapparently make my order based upon what *they THOUGHT they heard.* I do not like the fiesta strips, and usually ask for themto be left out of my items. After numerous orders, they still add them despite both the drive-thru person asking for clarity,and the screen reading that they should be left off. After my last order, they forgot two very key items, which is not a newexperience. Read more
I placed a decent sized order online with a couple special requests. I expected that they would not get it right because that?s... what happens if you substitute anything when you order fast food. I have been coming to this taco bell for the past year. I come as a regular and dine in usually, but on occasion go through the... drive through. I would highly recommend if you have the time to dine in, as the environment is always quiet nice, smooth musicthroughout the lobby, pretty clean the majority of the time throughout the dining area, fairly clean facilities too, wellstocked of condiments, straws, lids and never had an issue with the soda machine either during my experiences. As for the drivethru I have actually had an issue occur everytime, never getting the correct orders, honestly feel there is an unclearcommunication between the drive thru speaker to their headset or something of the sort. I always have to have my order fixed atthe window. The menu options have become more limited since Taco Bell minimized the options but there are still plenty offavorites to choose from, and the quality is good, definitely for the extremely low prices compared to other fast foodlocations. For the reason to my 3 star review, it is solely due to the continuous mishaps through the drive thru. Aside fromthis the rest of the experience has been pleasant and I would recommend trying this location for yourself, "have some breakfast"sometime as well.
