Service inside is terrible. Kitchen is open to see a ton of people working but they leave the front of the business to one... person with 5+ people waiting. Food has gone downhill over the last few years. Wont be going back anytime soon. Choose one ofthe many other places a stones throw away from here. Read more

Food was gross, missing ingredients or wayyy too much of cheese. Quality just terrible compared to other locations. Took me 10... minutes to get a receipt tonight. Last week we went a couple times and orders were incorrect both times. Read more
This location is the worst we've been to, and it's right down the street from our house. The employees are rude and lazy. The... ice / soda machine in the lobby wasn't working so I informed 2 employees but neither did anything to replace the carbonation outsyrup. The young lady making food in the back was careless with the food- dropping it on the counter for the others to give out.All our tacos were broken and everything was a mess. Not sure lowering the food to the counter, opposed to dropping it, would bethat much more difficult. They forgot 4 items on our order. They did make them when we pointed it out. We'll drive out of ourway to go to a different location, to avoid this location. Read more
Ran by teenagers who don?t know anything about customer service aside from giving their friends free food. Manager was also a... teenager who was rude. They messed up my entire order by throwing it all in a bag, everything open and dumped out. Male teenagertried to intimidate me by walking behind me and making faces at me. I hope a district manager steps in. Read more
So the food was good. But if you are going during lunch time the line can be long.

Went to pick up an order and was asked by an angry employee "Do you really want the fries?" I mean, yeah, I paid for them ahead... of time. Pretty sure I do want that thing that was paid for in full up front. I didn't get the guy's name, but he's now known inmy neighborhood as Fry Lord, The Potato Miser. Read more
