I?m very happy with the service. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. In addition, my 8 year old daughter was feeling... very bad about herself because of a sunburn, when she got her sandwich, the girl serving us had written a little note that said?you?re pretty? on the wrapping. When my daughter saw the note, her entire face and demeanor changed from upset, to smiling andhappy. It?s the little things that make such a huge impact. We will be going again. Read more
I have always been skeptical of these open food items to only 1 side of the people who are not eating my food. I would rather... they set it up so that I can put my own stuff on my sub, along with the other people eating the sub. I mean the people making itare not eating it. I am! Shouldn't we (the eaters) be the ones who care what germs are going on to our subs. What made me thinkthis way was I seen an employee making their own sub to eat and they got all fresh toppings out for their own sub. Made methink! Read more
After working all night I passed several subways to go to this subway near my home. I did not discover how bad the sandwich... tasted until I got home. The bread was definitely from last night it was hard and dry. The cookies tasted horrible as if glasswas in it. So we've enjoyed this store several times now. As w most stores we see advertising food on TV their work product falls short of... what's shown in a commercial BUT this place comes closest. Their rolls are consistently fresh, the ingredients are plentiful andthey're not too skimpy w the main ingredient. The 12" sandwich is enough for 2 same day meals for me (I add some chips) butmaybe not if left overnight. Fresh, tasty & correct. What else can we expect for under $10? This place rocks! I've been here several times and every time they consistently make the sandwich I like perfect. There always... fast and efficient knowledgeable and pleasant employees. Also the store is very clean. Oh and I almost forgot they sometimeshave coupons in a newspaper newspaper flyer that I received in the mail. Who doesn't like to save money and enjoy a great meal. This is our second time using the subway app and the second time we've been severely disappointed. The sandwiches were a soggy... mess with some kind of spicy sauce (we ordered yellow mustard) on them and completely wrong toppings on both sandwiches. Thereceipt shows exactly what we asked for, and yet the sandwiches we got were disastrously gross. The app's only suggestion is tocall the store. We have to go back and get new sandwiches made. Edit: we returned to the store and they made us the rightsandwiches, apologized, and added free cookies. Read more
I am not one to leave bad reviews but Kim the worker that was working around 12:00pm is very sloppy and not welcoming. She works... at such a fast pace but is not clean and steady. She places the meat/ham on sandwiches just thrown in and does not get theamount correct. The person in front of me also was upset at how little the amount was on the sandwich. Please coach and addressthis with her. She needs to be balanced. It?s not just speed that brings customer satisfaction. Other than this, I enjoy thislocation and the service has been pleasant.
