I went into this location today with a coupon for three subs for 17.99. When I told the lady that I had the coupon,she told me... they no longer except coupons. So when I asked why they send out coupons if they dont except them, Ashley an employee at thislocation,started giving attitude saying that not all locations except them, but because I "rolled my eyes". Apparently that wasdisrespectful to her. Then Ashley proceeded to tell me that i needed to leave "her" store now,that she will not allowdisrespectful people to order at their store. When I asked for the manager Ashley then started getting louder saying she wasgoing to call the cops. If this is how subway is going to allow their employees to treat their customers then I will nolonger dobusiness with them. Hey subway maybe if you post something on your doors that this location does not except coupons thenproblems may de avoided in the future. And ps this is not the first time that both my parents and I have dealt with this kind ofabuse from your employees at this location. So I guess you can say that y'all lost three customers for life. I always get good service from this location but my review today is about the employee. I just left this location around 5:30... pm. I had ordered 2 subs online. Somehow the app duplicated 1 sandwich and created two cold cut trios made the exact sameinstead of the cold cut trio and the ham and cheese I added to my cart. Before entering the restaurant, I was having a bad day. I was grieving my daughter I lost 2 yrs ago because her bday is coming up amongst a multitude of things that has gone wrongtoday. After I explained to the employee that I was really having a bad day and needed to rectify this mistake in cordial way,he literally was compassionate enough to remake the sandwich and not add to my day. I just stopped by this subway for lunch today and I have to admit. BEST SUBWAY SANDWICHES Ive had in a long time. I was just... pleased with the quality and presentation of the sandwich. The 2 workers there were very polite and were on top of the job. Read more
I have never had anyone make a subway sandwich this poorly. The employee threw on the ingredients without care and didn?t even... bother to cut it afterwards. The employee was friendly but he did not know how to make a sandwich. After arriving home, Irealized it had not been cut. Safe to say, I will avoid this branch from here on out. Read more
I'm not a big fan of Subway because I usually end up with a sandwich extremely lacking in meat. Also, it seems the rolls are... rapidly shrinking to French baguette size. This time was no different. I went for the new turkey sandwich promotion which was afree half sandwich with guacamole. The bread was not fresh. The couple slices of meat were overpowered by the watercress orarugula they were using for lettuce. The tomatoe slices were so thin you could see through them. Once again, I was notimpressed.
