Yet again, my order is wrong. Subway has lost my business for good. No wonder they are closing locations all over.

Disgusting. Not fit for human consumption. Called the store to let them know that I had a horrible experience. No answer. Tried... 9 times. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. YOU WILL THANK ME. Read more

Alex the manager was awesome. We called to order a party platter the day before we needed it we called while the store was busy... and Alex said he would call us back which he did. That's rare these days. He did a great job on the phone and helped us throughour order which was challenging. He said he woukd make the order fresh in the morning before they opened. My wife arrivedpromptly at 9 when the store opened and the order was ready. He even helped my wife carry out the order to her car. ThankYour Alex !! You were great !! Read more

The subway employee was awesome, working alone on a weekend at midnight he was exceptional... he needs to be paid a few bucks... more an hour for what the owner is saving! This young man working alone at midnight on the weekend deserves a 5 Star Rating. The sandwiches were the best in a long time. Sadly being under staffed was a 30minute Drive-thru experience with a constant 4-5car back up! (Take a closer look at the drive thru at "In & Out" with fabulous service and there's always 6-10 cars in line allday & all night. Serving 6-10 in minutes, not 1 car every 10 minutes!) I came by the next day for lunch with hopes of apersonal compliment on your guy, only to find the Drive-Thru was closed due to the lack of staff...and not one car in yourparking lot! Get proactive to save your franchise... If you don't up the hourly wage to hire staff, expect to close your doors! One employee won't cut it, eventually your only employee is going to get burned out. I'm sorry people don't want to work in ourworld today, but another couple dollars more an hour in hiring staff will pay off in the long run. It'll increase sales volume,& increase cash flow. The store may not get the Net Profit you wished in a normal world, but if you don't, you face the realityof Closing the Doors to your Subway Franchise forever! It's time to get creative to hire and stay a float...Im wishing youtremendous luck moving forward. Read more

Worked here 2015-2016 and it was the worst job I've ever had. The manager at the time Sarah broke so many labor and health code... laws. I was forced to work an extra 4-6 hours off the clock a night, we were made to change the dates on expired foods and tounder-portion sandwiches as a way of cutting costs, and at one point I was threatened by a fellow coworker and forced tocontinue working alone with her and told I wasn't allowed to tell anyone outside the company about it because it wasconfidential. These are just a few of the many many things that were wrong with the place, but if Sarah is still managing thisSubway, go somewhere else. Read more

Been to this location 50 times at least before throughout the years. But this last time was off the charts horrible. I walk in... and was ignored by a male sandwich maker as he finished sweeping the floor. When he was done he put his broom down and put onhis plastic gloves without washing his hands first. So the hand that touched the filthy broom handle was tugging on gloves thatwere going to directly touch my food. This remark isn't about Covid..its about basic health and sanitation. All food wascontaminated after this stupidity. But I said nothing....I showed him the mailer coupon (Two 12" subs for $12) I had....as I waspaying for the meal another male employee was shown my coupon. 2 drinks. Cookies and the 2 subs came out to be $36.83 total. Iasked "How can this be?" and that's when the females condescending attitude came on full force. She accused me of not showingthe coupon beforehand with a snarkey tone. She didn't ring up my order correctly either. New total was $24.53. That's a bigdifference! BTW two of the three employees talked all while my sandwiches were being made about the night before customers, unhappiness and general bad attitude you don't discuss in front of customers. Maybe this is just a post pandemic bad group ofemployees that need editing. But regardless, I'm going to hit the other subway until I think enough time has gone by to resolveall of this subways many current issues. Read more
