Nasty burnt tasting coffee... if that's what you call it. Never going back ill stick with Dutch bros!

Collegial group of employees keep this store on track to be at the top my list of coffee shops. Why? They always seem to have... decaf brewed to mix with their amazing bold dark roast instead of the usual "..oh we don't have that...". The dark roast, whenfresh has hints of chocolate and decaf tones it down for a mellow day. These guys are pros and waiting is minimal. Read more
Our cashier was great! She was lovely and sweet, very persistent. The girl making the drinks... she was the opposite. Very VERY... rude... my friend and I did not get the good vibes we usually get from our baristas! BOTH of our drinks were wrong so we askedto get a new one correctly! She was very irritated with the fact she had made it wrong! She proceeded to give us new drinks butthis time the drink was even more off than what we had gotten the first time!! And when grabbing my drink she tossed SEVERALstraws at the counter, angrily and annoyed, when in reality she only needed to hand me ONE! Truly disappointed with the way wewere treated this morning! I love Starbucks and I have never experienced such horrible costumer service from a person! V, the girl helping me, was rude and... acted irritated while she pumped my coffee into the cup. When I walked up, she was washing and sanitizing the blenders. I stoodthere for awhile without saying anything but I was also holding my 2 year old and then I softly said.. ?hello?. She must havenot liked that. She didn?t acknowledge me so I wasn?t even sure if she heard me. I stood there a bit longer, she dried her handsoff with paper towels, (didn?t even wash them) and with irritation she asked what she could get me. Read more
It is expensive, I won't lie, but it's honestly worth it. I am not a coffee person myself but I must say, pumpkin spice lattes... are amazing. The variety of drinks consists of tea, water, and coffee of course.There are cookies, parfaits, chocolate milk,apple juice, and many more snacks. It's an amazing place to go for water and a quick snack while shopping. I would recommend. Read more
I rarely get a Frappuccino but my husb and I just went grocery shopping and I was famished and a Strawberry Creme Frap really... sounded refreshing ???? I got a small but it was top notch ???? satisfied my food craving and helped me over till dinner late inevening. Ev1 should try this it has a sweet strawberry taste with a hint of vanilla whipped cream! No pics sorry but I reallywant to try the Hot Apple Crisp Macchiato with espresso and steamed milk and I will take a pic! Read more
