Thought I would write an update to my review! First time here was at 1am and it was great all around! This time I stopped at... 2pm and manager was having a bad day which trickled down into everyone else. "As goes the Captain, so goes the Crew" is a greatteaching tool! An apology to the person before me came with the explanation about the manager taking out her bad morning oneveryone, which you could tell by how solemn everyone was, and how many orders were incorrect including mine. Had a craving fora Pumpkin something-or-another at 12 midnight. No answer when calling to see if they definitely a 24 hour store, but decided tomake the trip anyway. Lo and behold! The witching hour found them open and rocking! Incredible attitude from the baristas anda room full of all generations! Great conversation, the best customer service, and the newest pumpkin everything was worth thetrip! Starbucks needs more baristas like these~this could be a great training location! I need to start going to Dutch Bro.... Went in the am to Starbucks and got a Grande Oatmilk Latte & a sandwich. Got back... home/work and the cup felt light, and sure enough I got a Tall in a Grande cup. What a waste of money! So ridiculous! Oh well,my bad as I should be making my own coffee at home (which I usually do but wanted a treat). So many other better coffee choices,just have to drive further or go to Dutch. Read more

1st time ever in a Starbucks and 1st time having their products. I asked for a cold non-caffeine drink and was told they only... have one. It was a really good one but I thought it was strange they only had one on their menu. I also had a piece of LemonCake that was fabulous. The employees were very friendly and helpful to this 1st time customer. The facility was clean. I willreturn. Read more
$7 on a coffee and the oatmilk is chunky and separated and it tastes HORRIBLE. Don't come to this location.
I don?t expect much from Starbucks, I know half of the time they?ll either butcher my drink or name and I?ve accepted it. I?ve... accepted it because even they mess my drink up I can figure out a way to drink it but today is just unacceptable. I asked forthe caramel ?drizzle? to be at the bottom of the cup instead of around the cup. I don?t know if they were being extra sweet (nopun intended) or they are unsure how much is a ?drizzle? the caramel they put is out of control I can barely taste my cold brew.At least they were nice today Read more
Lately they have only been putting in one pump of flavor per drink. You have to specify more. I don't know if this is a new... company policy or what, but the drinks are gross now. One pump of peppermint does not cut it. Read more
