I started coming to sonic because Dairy Queen always has inadequate portions for the amount of money you pay, I ordered 3 sonic... blast and I added the whipped cream for .60 each, at that rate I can buy a whole can of it, but coming to a drive thru is forconvenience. What the employee brought out was laughable, the whipped cream was the size of a quarter. I asked if he could addmore but I shouldn?t have had to ask and I never like to complain about food especially when they have to take it back where Ican?t see what they are doing with it after I requested for it to be fixed. I come to this location often usually have no issues. Always good food and polite courteous staff. However today I was working... on the car wanted to relax get a bit to eat. The mozzarella sticks were great the burger was good the slushy really syrupy butthe tater tots if you can call them that. What the hell did you just empty the trap in my order? Read more

The servers were polite and helpful. The shakes were good and my husband said his burger was decent, but his onion rings were... overcooked and brittle to eat and my chili cheese tater tots tasted like the chili was reheated to many times, it was dry andtasted burnt. We had heartburn for the rest of the night. Not an experience we'd care to repeat. Read more

I remember this sonic since I was 7 year old "lots and lots of years ago", back then it was very cool to see the employees... coming out in roller skate's ???? even though we might not see the old fashion roller skating employees. I can definitely stilltaste the same food and drinks. The only thing I complain always is having to ask for extra ketchup package because they serve 2per order but doesn't hurt to ask ???? We place 2 orders for the same car. The first order came out and was paid for and then the wait began. Finally a car hop comes... over and apologizes, saying that the second order went to the wrong car and they were remaking it. Again, we waited andwaited.. Finally, I got tired of waiting and went up to the door and asked to speak to a manager. While I'm speaking to themanager, a car hop hands me a bag and says here's your order now.. I looked in the bag, it was not my order. It took forever toget the correct order and by then the 1st order was cold. I insisted on compensation, she in, she did give us both meals free. Read more

The app doesn't work so we asked about the deals the manager said no sorry we won't do anything for what our app offers. Nothing... works. It's not even very busy and I waited for someone to answer for 14 mins when 2 cars pulled next to me and got answered.One is getting there food already and I just finally got to order. I fully understand hiring is hard times right now. And theapp isn't their control but this is unreal. A manager should have overrides and can report to corporate things are beingcomplained about. They literally told me they know about the app issues but won't do a single thing for people. Um what?! Wehaven't been to sonic here in 7 months for this type of things that happen. It's always SOMETHING here. Set these kids up forsuccess and not looking like a joke. While writing this the car directly asked me about the app and my issue. I mean what can you expect. We put no mustard on the customization screen and what we get is all the burger have an insane... amount of mustard. They even ripped one regular patty to make a double patty for both sandwiches which is a totally rip off.Just overall bad management and bad work ethics. I would be careful ordering here they will get frustrated when that?s whatthey?re paid to do. I talked to management she blame she is shorted staff when in fact takes more time to put something on thatwe requested off. I would say it?s bad work ethics mixed with bad management.
