Second visit to this location and second total mess up on my order!! Chicken sandwich was ordered with NO Tomato since I am... allergic and what?s on it?? Tomato..in the trash that went. Also ordered a route 44 root beer with light ice?ice to the rim anddrink gone in 3 gulps!! Onion rings were cold and the new broccoli bites they have are horrible!! We had an order of 3 chili dogs and one med mozzarella stick, plus 2 other regular mozzarella sticks. The guy that came out said... its all in the bag. He walked away before I could check. Only the med was in there. He came back said they had to make the othertwo orders. Came back with only one said we threw an extra one in there, that would mean there would be 3 total because we weremissing 2. He only brought 1 and again walked away so fast we couldn't say anything. So we hit the button and asked if someonecould come out and help us that's maybe different and we are still waiting almost 10 min later for the rest. Read more

They never ever get your order right. Always double check what you order and how you order it. They will put a giant burger ON... the Tator tots leaving cheese and other stuff on the wrapping. If not a burger than other food items. It?s the only one close tomy house. The food is good, but the people don?t seem to understand you, your requests (even though it?s right on the screen),and don?t know how to carry food out. Read more

i usually have no problems. but when someone orders a burger and asks for extra cheese, we do not mean a cheese sauce cup. my... burger was still a little cold, and the cheese that was on it wasn?t melted. if i worked in a place like this, i wouldn?t servesomething i wouldn?t eat. too bad not everyone is like that Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever endured at Sonic. All I wanted was a dbl. cheeseburger, chocolate shake and cheese... fries. 108 degrees outside, gas over 5.30 a gallon. I waited 30 minutes and still no order. They tell me to pull up. I do.Bring out a bag and ask, small sundae and milk shake? Meanwhile, about to run out if gas, heat stroke symptoms, I leave. Nevergot what I ordered. This place is mismanaged, misstaffed and ultimately completely dysfunctional. Somic should beshuttered. Good riddence. Read more

The service here was not very good. I went to the drive thru to order for my kids and I only to not get the great servicer who... failed to listen and get my complete order. So i pulled into one of the parking places to make my complete order i only to haveto wait extra long because i complainted about the service i received in the drive thru. My food was cold and the cheese on thefries looked like it was sitting in the warmer for a while. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location, theservice is a little better at the 83rd and Deer Valley location. Read more

Food is usually always good. Although the last 4 times I have gone to this location I am very specific on what sauces I want and... how many. I?m also willing to pay extra for them, but the last 4 times I?ve come I have received ZERO. I have been in the foodindustry for over 8 years, and know that fast food doesn?t take much skill to do. It?s honestly sad that I will have my orderrepeated back to me each time and not once has it been correct. This might be petty but what?s the point of ordering if I can?teven get what I want.
