The server came right away and I did not even have a chance to look at the menu, she also gave details about the food I did not... even asked. She seemed very fake which I did not like. Not to forget that they messed up my friend?s drink 2 times. Obviouslythe girls serving do not pay attention which is so sad. Also, coming and checking on us too often made me feel like rushed. Iwas at this place for the first time, well?it?s also the last time. I ordered a burger which was ok, nothing special ?sorry , Iprefer In-and-Out. I've really liked this place & loved their burgers. Now I order their turkey sandwich. It's very peppery, be aware of that if... you do not like pepper. I prefer shoestring fries, unfortunately they serve steak fries & they're never crispy as shoestringwould be. I began going to Red Robin in part because they served your meal on plate or platter. We visited because I had a coupon that allowed a second deluxe burger at half price after purchasing the first burger. Since my... wife eats less than a hummingbird, two burgers were too much, so we just split a burger, which was more than enough. It wasnice that they cut it in half and served it on two plates. We had plenty of fries, but I always thought that fries werebottomless served with ranch dressing. I bring it up because we were never asked if we wanted more fries, even though I wouldhave declined. We went to celebrate my father in laws birthday so there was 11 of us. It took a bit to get seated but when we did, our table... fit everyone comfortably and we were greater almost right away. Our server did a very good job at making everything right thewhole time. I know things are going up but I would not eat here for simple things anymore. Way better chicken nuggets at BK or even Bake at... home freezer packs of fries and chicken from the grocery store. The only reason I'm not crying is because the nice host isoffering a replacement for the zucchini side they did not include and did not say anything about. The picture is of kids grilledchicken. We have gone almost every Saturday for the last 7 weeks after our kids sports for lunch. We have had a different server... everytime. We have had some great service and sometimes not so great. It's odd walking in for 7 weeks straight and seeing thesame doors broken and no effort to fix them. The bottomless fries is only worth it if you order them straight when you sit down.Which will help keep the kids preoccupied. Today no crayons for the kids. The food is mediocre. The zucchini fries or garlicfries are not worth the upcharge, extremely over cooked. The scorpion burger was okay, nothing to brag about and no heat at all.The children enjoyed the kids meals. The Mac n chese was a big hit and also unlimited. While everyone on the floor helpseachother with refills of drinks and fries, it's still can be a bit slow. We have always gone as a big party, and took care ofour server given there were 7 kids and they made sure the kids food was in first and out quickly.
