I placed an order online and when it came to checkout, there was a $5.10 tip added to my 16.95 total which added up to... $22.05. I canceled the order and called it in to the store. The guy on the phone said that I should be able to remove or adjustthe online tip. When told him that was not an option, he had no more to say.
