They used to be ok but the past 2 years they keep getting worse. The last three times we have ordered they have gotten the order... wrong. Wrong pizza in the box, missing items, wrong size of pizza in the box?this is even when the label on the box had thecorrect description on it. It?s too bad because we used to really like them. Garbage service. Second time not getting extra sauces we ordered on delivery. Expect you to wait and have cold food to get your... complete order. When I asked if I would get a refund if I brought it back was hung up on. Then called called back and asked fordistrict managers number they wouldn't give it. Brought their garbage back and got a refund. Another person in their storegetting thier order fixed. Will never order from papa johns again there's much better options in the area that will providebetter service when they make mistakes. At the time this is posted they have a 3.1 star rating as they just can't get it rightobviously. Read more
Not sure if you can see this in the picture but my pizza arrived with blue fuzzy lint on it. Super gross!! i called and... supposedly the General manager who i was speaking with was so rude. He said didn?t even apologize and started yelling at me!!!NEVER order from here again!!!!!! Read more
Ordered a pizza with half cheese and other half with pepperoni and jalapeños? and that?s what we got kinda? 1/2 cheese &... pepperoni and the other half with pepperoni and jalapeño with NO cheese?! Didn?t realize you have to order pizza with cheese onit in order to have cheese on it? That?s not even it, tried to call Papa John?s 7 TIMES!! No answer using the extension 2 forprevious order and 5 to speak to a manager, so I pressed 3 for a new order and got someone and they immediately told me to dialback press 2 or 5 and when I told the person that no one answered he proceeded to transfer me which again no oneanswered? We order a thin crust pizza with our order every time. And 75% of the time it?s regular crust. The only recourse we have is... driving back down there and that?s not happening after a long day of renovating our house ourselves. I under that they arehiring new employees every day but come in. I complained for the first time today( this has happened 3x before )because we dorealize that food places are struggling but I guess we are going to back to Barros or try a new place. We work hard for ourmoney and no fun spending on things you don?t like to eat. See the pics .. manager told me that I did not order half cheese lolok I ordered light cheese.. semantics .. What is this world coming to when you can even order a Pizza for dinner. Burnt Garlic Bites, missing items and cold as if it... were in a fridge. Even took an hour and 30 minutes. When you try and call the store, they don?t answer because they are hidingfrom their suckiness. This place is horrible. Let?s take our business elsewhere. Read more
I didn?t realize papa johns made only thin crust pizza. I ordered the regular pizzas and we received them thin and burnt. If I... wanted thin crusted and burnt I would have made it myself and saved the 50.00$. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
