With unique offerings to the area & fresh, made-to-order food, this place is highly recommended. I?ve been here 3 times so far,... and each time I?ve tried something new. Every morning the all of the fresh ingredients are prepared (vegetables chopped, meatsand cheeses sliced, burger patties, etc.) and all of the different types of breads used are of their own preference, flown infresh biweekly from specific areas in the US. All of this is to achieve a certain level of quality for you, with the highstandards implemented here reflecting the well respected and frequented shops in NY. The burgers are excellent, very juicy andthe bread is super soft. Hot chick sandwich was very good as well, with the fresh made chicken cutlet. I still haven?t tried thechopped cheese which was recommended by the employee there last time I was in, but that?s definitely next on my list. It's a no for me from now on. There's also another review with the same issue... I thought that I was going to get a really... good sandwich. We place a good size order. 2 hot chick's, a fatstack, a meatball and chicken tenders. I picked up the order.The manager asked if we have ever been there before. I told him no. He said that we would love it. I told him I hope so, thepictures look good. I got home and got ready to eat. Bit into the sandwich and didn't get any chicken in the sandwich. So Ifigured it was at the end. But I continued eat hoping that that wasn't the case. My second bite felt like I was eating weeks oldjerky... the smell of fish did it for me. I threw it away and was completely discussed and discouraged. My daughter who orderedthe same thing got the same experience. I also didn't get the drink for my son's kids meal. I then called, asked for themanager, Robert answer I began to explain the situation and he was very apologetic but then said they battered chicken in the amand it was probably the batch from this AM.... Mind you I ordered at 430pm! He Offered to remake me the Sandwiches. I told himno I wouldn't want to eat that again. I feel like I should get my refund back after paying $66 for food that we couldnt enjoy. He said that he can have it on file for me to be able to reorder them again later. I said no thank you. Tried it this week and already back for seconds. The Bronx burger is fire ????. This time I tried the empire cheese steak and... again fire. Also had the big tex fries... and you guessed it... fire ???? enough variety to have something different everyday. Read more
Savory and delicious. All hand made delicious food. They put the love into food. Not over powering spice just anuff to enjoy the... smell and flavor. You can tell every one has the passion and wants to be there. Read more
I brought my family of 6 here for lunch. The food is AMAZING, the restaurant is clean and convenient, and the staff was awesome.... My wife and kids ordered The Empire (philly cheese steak) and I ordered a Cowboy Burger. It was all fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS!Thanks for a trip to the Bronx right here in AZ. Read more
This place is an authentic New York restaurant. All your favorites you want plus a few more. Not a lot of room for seating but... it's really great for takeout. The food couldn't have been better. These guys are doing it right and I will be back severaltimes. Read more
