Just picked up three açaí bowls and they?re literally 2/3 full. For what this place charges, the least they can do it fill it... to the top. Ridiculous. Updated to two stars because I just called and they refunded me. Read more

Customer service was horrible?non existent actually. Thankful the bowls were good.

Poor customer service. Seems as though the cashier was just being lazy. She charged me for an item I didn?t get, then had me... wait off to the side when I brought it to her attention so other customers could go thru. When I went to her to remove thecharge, she told me they don?t offer refunds. So I just had to go with the charge for the item. Need better training on dealingwith situations where someone is charged for something they didn?t order, as opposed to just putting it off. Read more
