My cashier was SUPER friendly. Place was very dirty, no straws or napkins, I had to ask for those items. I went to one mcds had... no happy meals adult or kid. Terrible everything. It wasn't busy because the card readers were out and they only accepted exact changed. I did a mobile... order. Both my 10 piece nuggets had 7 in them. My hot n spicy covered in mayo.. ignored my burger order.. then once I'm home notanswer the phone when I call. While I know they aren't busy because they claim they can't take payments. Waited in the parking lot for my drive-through order and when they brought it out 15 minutes after I ordered the quality was so... awful. The nuggets and the fries were both stale and hard. I walked to the door to the lobby to ask for a refund only to findout, all doors were locked and lobby closed. Not sure what happened to this McDonald's. Went there after my Appointment this morning. The tables were all dirty. They never... give you napkins. They are all busy back there talking about personal things. The worse part of it was the masks. They all hadthem on around there chin. When they saw a costumer they pulled them up on there face. Always touching there face,then touchingthe food. They either need to wear them right or just take them off. Not sure I will be going back to this McDonald's. Read more
I thought maybe they were busy the first time a few weeks ago, then I thought maybe they are training new staff no big deal I'm... cool, then I justified it again thinking surely by now they got it together.
