This location is always busy and I feel like there is gonna be an accident every time I... go. they have the mobile order spots and then the pull up from drove through waiting right behind making it impossible to parkor pull out. Please! Do not go to this McDonald?s there so slow all the time they got the worst attitude, and when they told us to pull over... to wait another 20 minutes for our food, we told them ?can we just wait here we have been waiting so long?, he gave us attitudeand gave us our food right away, but when we open it it had a long black think hair in one of our sandwiches, reallyunprofessional. This place sucks bad traffic flow design. You don't have a drive thru overflow that impedes the flow of drive thru ordering.
One of the better locations. They seem to still do the fast part of fast food. I was in the Drive-Thru this time it was fast... and efficient. No mistakes on the order. I've been there in the area late night and it seems that their lobby is open eitherfull-time or at least quite late. Nice to stretch my legs sometimes. I was there on one occasion and had an odd hankering fortheir crispy deluxe chicken. Not sure whether that's still true but apparently that was not something that was made after acertain time and I was there quite late and probably early morning. Manager had them drop me one anyway even though theyweren't prepared to make that. Had to wait a bit but it was delicious because it was fresh. Read more
Terrible customer service. I work at McDonald?s so I know how it can be. But this store never gets my order correct and always... forgets items even after I?ve been waiting in the line for over 10 minutes because they had me pull around. This store. Has nosystem. They try to say it?s because they?re ?short staffed? but that?s not true there are more then 5 people inside which ismore then what my store works on, on a busy time as well. The Assistant GM Patty told me my comments were unnecessary when I wastelling my friend that the guy at the window was being lazy because when he had trouble with the code he said there was nothinghe could do about it instead of going to get the manager. So that?s why she took over and didn?t even apologize for his behaviorthen slammed the window shut after she made her ridiculous statement instead of guiding her associate in the right direction.Juan the manager answered the phone when I called wouldn?t even tell me who I was speaking to at first when I asked. Superunprofessional, then proceeded to say he had just got there so he couldn?t tell me who the manager was who spoke to me. If youdon?t enjoy your job just say that or get another one. McDonald's workers are losing their life over cold fries. Bt this McDonald's did not hear the news because they keep serving... cold fries an this time my whole bag was not hot an my meat patties were hard an looked old. I don't see how the workers letthis slide. They can clearly feel when a bag is hot or not before handing it off to the customer. You need to lower ya foodprices if you can get ya service correct. Why would I pay almost $10 for a sandwich an fries if it's not fresh an hot. On top ofwaste gas to turn around come back an sit in line an wait for my food to be recooked properly all because it wasn't donecorrectly the first time around. is there no Quality control type system. Then I get my food back and it taste funny and myfries are cover wit mad salt and I still can't eat it. You should not be upping your food prices you don't even have qualityservice. Late nights are typically super busy but they do as best as they can ! Definitely check your bags before leaving because... something is usually missing from as little to the sauce to as much as half the order. Usually the order is fresh & tasty & havenever had a problem if they do happen to forget something as long as you?re NICE about it. I will continue to support them. Read more
It's McDonald's, so how much can you really expect? Most the time your order is missing something or forgot the sauce. Or your... fries are cold. At this location you get put in a cattle line due to how busy they're. Like I said I don't have highexpectations but the Hot n spicy had no flavor and my burger well it just fell apart. You can't ask for higher wages til youprove your value better luck next time. Read more
